1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

BranCodeLogic provides software development, web design, digital solutions, and technology consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of each project are defined in individual service agreements or proposals issued to clients.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, graphics, and materials created by BranCodeLogic remain the exclusive intellectual property of BranCodeLogic unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. Any third-party assets used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines. Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or data they provide to BranCodeLogic.

5. Payment & Invoicing

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. BranCodeLogic requires an upfront deposit before work begins. Final deliverables will be released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as stated in the project contract.

6. Confidentiality

BranCodeLogic respects the confidentiality of all client information. We will not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

BranCodeLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Revisions & Changes

Revision policies are defined per project. Changes that fall outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. BranCodeLogic will notify the client and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. BranCodeLogic reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

BranCodeLogic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
